Time Four Paws is owned and operated by Jennifer Hultz, CTC. Jennifer is a graduate of the San Francisco SPCA's Dog Trainers Academy, the "Harvard for Dog Trainers” spearheaded by Jean Donaldson and is certified in training and counseling by the SF/SPCA , is a Professional Member of APDT and holds a certification in Pet first aid & CPR.

Jennifer currently is part of the sf/spca intern program training shelter dogs with a wide range of behavioral issues. She is also volunteering her services to Grateful Dogs Rescue’s foster parents to ensure that all the dogs in their care find the best possible permanent homes.
